Transpersonal hypnosis works on our triadic system - body, mind, and spirit. Transpersonal Hypnosis promotes positive changes in your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors using mental imagery and suggestions.
This is done in a quiet, comfortable, and safe environment. You will go through an induction process that guides you to respond to suggestions for changes in subjective experience, alterations in perception, sensation, emotion, thought or behavior.
At no time will you lose control over what is happening to you!
